The product portfolio ranges from electronic and hydraulic brake and chassis control systems to sensors, advanced driver assistance systems, airbag electronics and sensorics as well as electronic air suspension systems all the way to windscreen washer systems and headlight cleaning nozzles. For their location in Frankfurt, the company is looking for an Engineer Software Factory Automation & Operation.
The holder of the job will be responsible for the following accountabilities:
- Establish a modern software development and testing environment for continuous integration / verification and deployment
- Creating an automated environment for generating and testing ECU software
- Integration of tools for static code verification, software unit testing, software in the loop simulation and hardware in the loop simulation in the automated environment.
- Management of test specifications and storage of test results in a database.
- Presentation of test results
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with international project teams
- Taking responsibility for technical management of subprojects, carry out feasibility studies, define milestones and assess risks.
Required training and experience:
- Degree in Engineering (Software engineering or similar)
- At least 3 years of professional experience developing a similar role.
- Very good programming skills in C / C++ and Python / Java
- Experience with simulation techniques
- Experience with automation in Jenkins
- Very good know how in Git/GitHub, Jenkins or similar technologies, Gerrit and Jira
- Basic knowledge about hardware in the loop test benches
- Knowledge about BUS systems and corresponding measuring equipment
- Open to relocate to Frankfurt.
